How can I retract ?
IMPORTANT !
You have 7 calendar days maximum after your delivery to file a claim from your customer account.
Once this period is over, the payment process is initiated and we cannot intervene anymore.
Login on PARIS FASHION SHOPS, and click on " Report a problem "
Select the reference(s) that have not met your expectations.
IMPORTANT :
For items sold by pack, the whole pack has to be returned.
The items to send back are displayed, you can now :
Confirm the selection made: next
Modify the selection made: previous
Cancel the complaint in progress: cancel
The return address and procedure to retract are recalled and have to be accepted.
Once your request is made, items have to be shipped, during the 48 hours to come.
Returned items must be protected enough during shipment.
For a return to be accepted, the wholesaler should be in capacity to sell the items once again in their shop.
Therefore, they should be returned like they have been delivered :
- into their original packaging (blister, plastic bag, shoe box ...),
- with their original label,
- unwashed,
- unworn,
- without any sign of selling (price tag)
For items sold in pack, the whole pack has to be returned.
Click on the " send " button then print the returnform that must be placed into the box to be returned.
