My order has been cancelled, how will it be refunded ?
Your purchase has been paid by credit card ?
As your card is only charged at shipment, the amount corresponding to the cancelled order will not be withdrawn from your bank account.
Depending on your bank, the amount of the pre-authorization made by our payment processor
(MANGO PAY / MGP) during your purchase may remain displayed for a few days on your bank statement.
Generally it appears with special characters ***
Your purchase has been paid by bank transfer ?
Our financial department will refund the overpaid amount on your bank account
(we already have your bank details).
