Items I have ordered have not been delivered, what should I do?

1 - Have you checked that all your orders been delivered ?

Each order is prepared by a wholesaler.
It can then be shipped directly by the wholesaler or by PARIS FASHION SHOPS

(with or without consolidation).

Does the order has still a "NEW" or "VALIDATED" status ? 
If yes, it means your order has not been shipped yet. 
We are doing our best to ensure a fast shipment of your goods. 
As soon as the package is handed over the carrier, you will get an email with your tracking details (parcel number + link to track it).

Only part of your orders have been delivered ? 
It is certainly a partial shipment of your orders.
During orders consolidation, it may happen that all wholesalers except one or a few ones are ready for shipment. 

 

In such condtions, we may make a partial shipment of your orders to give you the opportunity to sell available items as soon as possible. 
Additional costs related to other shipment(s) are graciously offered by PARIS FASHION SHOPS.
While tracking your parcels you will certainly find that one of them is still in transit.

The order has been cancelled:
 If the wholesaler notices that several references are out of stock they can cancel your order.
Normally they should get you informed about the situation and may offer you to replace thise reference (with your consent).
Depending on the means of payment chosen, the money is either not charged or refunded.

2 - All your orders have been delivered but one or more parcels are damaged ?

When one or more parcels are delivered damaged or opened (wet cardboard, adhesive with the carrier's logo ...) :

make sure to issue written reserves to the delivery person or refuse the parcel.

 
Any photo of the box sides with the label and tracking visible is also higlhy recommended. 

 

Without these elements, any complaint that we will make to the carrier will have little chance of being processed favorably. 
Contact PARIS FASHION SHOPS  as soon as possible to allow us to intervene.

3 - All your orders have been delivered and there is no damaged parcel ?

It may simply be out of stock items : 

While noticing this out of stock item(s),  the wholesaler has made a partial validation of your order. 

To make sure you are in this kind of situation,  you can compare your purchase order with your invoice. 

If the invoice is not available, login on your PARIS FASHION SHOPS account then go to the "my account" section then "my orders".

Click on the order to be checked.

If you notice a difference between the amount of your order and the validated amount, it is because of out of stock item(s)

4 - If no item is out of stock, file a claim :
