How to make a claim ?
IMPORTANT !
You have 7 calendar days maximum after your delivery to make a complaint from your customer account.
Once this period is over, the payment process is initiated and we cannot intervene anymore.
Go to PARIS FASHION SHOPS to log in on your customer account
Enter your username and password
Click on " My Account "
Go to " My Orders " section
Go to the appropriate order then click on the " Report a problem " button located into the last column
We have received your claim and will answer you within 72 working hours maximum.
