I got a credit note from the wholesaler, how may I use it ?
PARIS FASHION SHOPS is a marketplace, which means that the goods are directly sold by the wholesalers listed on our platform.
The credit note is to justify in your books the refund made on your bank account by PARIS FASHION SHOPS.
If the wholesaler has not issued and uploaded the credit, the refund process will remain pending.
To avoid that situation, make sure to send us that document as soon as possible :
- either by attaching it while answering on the dedicated ticket
- or by email it directly to: helpdesk@parisfashionshops.com
