Items have been returned.
When will I get my money back ?
As soon as your parcel reaches our warehouse, we get you informed by email.
The items are then checked by our return department and the wholesaler is informed of the amount to refund.
Once the usual checks have been carried out by the wholesaler, the latter issues a credit note.
As soon as PARIS FASHION SHOPS get that document:
- a copy is uploaded on your account
- and the refund is made on your bank account during the weekend.
Consequently the funds will be available 2 or 3 working days later.
If you have paid by credit card : the refund is made on the account linked with your credit card.
If you have paid by bank transfer : the refund is made on your IBAN.
