What do the statuses of my order mean?
Each order can go through 4 statuses
- New : your order is recorded and awaits its validation from the wholesaler.
- Validated : the order has been accepted and validated by the wholesaler.
- Cancelled : This status is displayed when your order is cancelled (either by yourself or by the supplier) or when the payment has failed.
- Shipped : Your order has been handed over the carrier.
